I mean where do I even begin with this picture? If I could think of a picture that represents starting something new, for me, it's this picture. This picture for me means a lot because it's the first year that our church relies on us young adults to represent them in a soccer tournament. It was very hard the first few weeks because some of them never played soccer before. This was also the first year that the team was led by me. Coaching and leading a team isn't as easy as I thought and at times I almost lose hope but knowing that this is the start of something new for our church, the soccer team, always helped me lift my head up. The tournament that we participated in didn't grant us the result that we hoped for, but instead granted us something much bigger. For the first time, our church came together and it felt like we were united. That feeling was lost back in 2017 and with this team, it has been revived.
